None of my emails from sbcglobal.net are in my att.net account. All my sbcglobal.net emails and folders are gone. ATT tech support said that yahoo has an outage and problem should be restored in 24-48 hours.

Mar 04, 2007 · The reason you cannot reset your account through the recover method is that the thief has changed the ZIP and email. if your account has been stolen, there is not much chance you will get your ID back as all original info will be changed and although yahoo says it recognises original info, THEY DO NOT, as once the thief changes the ZIP and primary email the recovery process anywhere though
