Hmm.. what is the server's hostname? It sounds like her DNS is having issues and doesn't have the IP associated with the hostname. Do you know how to open a command prompt in windows? If so, open one and do this: ping HOSTNAME Replace HOSTNAME with the hostname. You will see an IP address something like xxx.yyy.aaa.bbb.
