Overplay says that I need to disable the IPV6. I checked the box for disabling the IPV6 firewall and showed them the screen shot. They said that is not disabling the IPV6. Is there some other way to disable it? The status on xbox one and my computer both show the IPV4 and IPV6 enabled.
